Successful week?
This week I made it my goal to track 100%. I tried not to eat things that I didn't know the points value on. You might say, "well just look them up" I am not talking a simple granola bar but things like an BLT sandwhich that I would buy at a grocery store.
Here is my daily tracker. I am so happy that it is full. No zeros in it. Well there are some zeros, I got no activity in this week. Next week I promise.

Well let's hope it shows on the scale tomorrow at weigh in. Tune in tomorrow when I post my weigh in results.

2011 a new year!
It's funny how a new year brings a lot bloggers that haven't been updating their blog on a regular basis to do so in the new year, and I guess that would be me also.
Well I haven't really updated my blog since my race report for my run that I did on Halloween. I guess I really haven't been feeling the whole blog thing. I thought that I wanted to have a great blog, lots of followers, update everyday on my life. Then I realized that it's HARD to get followers. It's HARD to commit to write something everyday. It's HARD to think of something to write about that the little followers you have might find interesting. And finally it's HARD to have your life on the internet. I always wonder who is actually reading my blog.
Last year I had a few goals that I wanted to do:
Become a lifetime member at Weight Watchers
Learn to run program at the Running room
Run a 5k.
Well I did 1/3.
I thought that going into 2010 would be my year. My year of losing 100 pounds, becoming a lifetime member but it didn't happen. It's not for lack of trying. I thought how hard could it be to lose 25 pounds when I have already lost 75 pounds? WRONG! The last 25 pounds have been my hardest pounds to lose. I know everyone says the closest you are to your goal the hardest it is. Well I didn't want to believe them.
So the total pounds lost in 2010 were 20 pounds. I am so proud of those 20 pounds I lost. Yes I would loved it be 25 pounds but it didn't happen. I had a set back in september when I went to an all inclusive vacation and gained 9 pounds. If I hadn't gained 9 pounds then maybe I would of hit my 100 pounds.
I didn't join the RR learn to run program but I did running on my own. I have learn to LOVE running. I actually crave it everyday.
I did run 3 5km runs this year. Every time I got better and faster. I am so proud of those runs that I did.
So now I site 2 days into a new year and wonder where it will take me? I wonder what I will be typing next year at this time. Hopefully I will hit my 100 pounds lost and I will hit lifetime member.
If you are reading this drop me a comment so I know someone out there in cyber world actual took the time to read this. I would really appreciate it.
